The sale is only made to commercial resellers with a registered company with a VAT ID.

Delivery is ex works (EXW, Incoterms 2010) incl. export customs documents.

All prices listed in the price list are net prices, unless expressly stated otherwise. The details refer only to the respective filling capacity. Containers/packaging, transport and insurance will be charged separately at the respective current prices. All prices are subject to the applicable VAT.

All prices are subject to change. Errors and omissions excepted.

Samples of all specified products are shipped exclusively in 1 L containers at a sample flat rate of 50 euros per sample plus VAT and transport costs within the European Union. Please enquire separately about sample shipments for export (outside the EU).

The respective valid terms of sale and delivery of NANO-X GmbH apply.

For initial orders we deliver against prepayment. NANO-X reserves the right to deliver against prepayment for subsequent deliveries as well.
